Terms and Conditions – Win a Free Gait Analysis & Custom Orthotics

Promoter:
The promoter of this competition is Park Road Podiatry, Park Road Podiatry Clinic, Coventry, United Kingdom.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• The winner must be able to attend Park Road Podiatry Clinic in Coventry for their gait analysis and orthotic fitting.
• Employees of Park Road Podiatry, Midlands Golfer Magazine, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period:

• The competition will run from [start date] to [end date]. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• Entry is via the official competition entry form on the Midlands Golfer Magazine website.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

The Prize:

• One free Footscan gait and pressure plate analysis and one pair of custom-made Phits+ orthotics from Park Road Podiatry, Coventry.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
• The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified.
• Travel and any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Prize Redemption:

• The winner must contact Park Road Podiatry to arrange an appointment, subject to availability and standard clinic hours.

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
