We are a golf society made up of 30+ members and growing. The society was created by a group of friends who all used to play cricket together at Penn Cricket Club in Wolverhampton.
As our lives moved away from cricket, we were all keen to enjoy a new sport but more importantly to maintain friendships.
Since its formation new members have been welcomed as friends and family members have been introduced to the society.
We play on a monthly basis, visiting courses across Shropshire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire with occasional trips further afield in the UK and abroad.
Each event holds a prize pot for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with a couple of nearest the pin holes and a 2s pot also up for grabs. Two trophies are awarded during the year to our Golfer of the Season and for the tour winner for those trips further afield.
