An exciting new groundbreaking event run by the Leics based Golfingdays company. This concept was launched with one event at Celtic Manor in August. The success of which has led to the introduction of six new events for 2020.
All are two days of golf with one night’s dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation at each venue. It all culminates in an 18 hole grand final to decide the winners at the end of the season.
The new exciting format is played over 36 holes, supported by Bunker Mentality. 18 holes of full handicap Stableford singles on day one with your best eight scores to count. Day two sees you pair up with your teammates and play the better ball off 90% handicap, the best four of your six pairs scores count. Add the two days together and we have our winners of each qualifier.
Carden Park
The final will consist of 18 holes with eight players to play singles and four players to make two betterball pairs, all scores will count.
Teams are to consist of 12 players, this can be your club professional and 11 amateurs or just 12 amateurs from your club.
The final winners become National Golf Club Team Champions and will win a holiday for 12 to a European resort to be announced soon.
